In 1999, we started Absolute Silver Inc. in order to streamline the process by which retail businesses obtained their inventory. We realized that many small businesses were ordering from wholesalers who turned to importers who procured from overseas exporters that were working as agents for other wholesalers and factories. We began by vertically integrating the wholesale to import step in the field of Sterling Silver Jewelry.
We continued to build on our business plan and became international over time. It progressed until January 2005 where we jointly created a manufacturing plant outside of Bangkok, Thailand as well as working with manufacturers in Italy, China, Korea, and Brazil. However as we integrated, we also expanded and increased our product line, incorporating Surgical and Stainless Steel Jewelry as well as Gold Filled Jewelry into our line. During our transformation into manufacturers we needed to contract precious metals such as gold, silver, and rhodium in order to produce our product line.
During this process, Absolute Silver Inc. evolved and launched our commodities procurement and trading department. As a result of contacts in Asia as well as in South America and Europe, we realized that we could provide not only accessories but many products that are necessary to build the world.
We still go by Absolute Silver however we now handle transactions in Fuel Oils (Petroleum), Minerals, Metals, Sugar, and of course Jewelry.
