F.O.B. Port of Amuay contract available for 5 Million Gallons (approximately 16,000 MT) of D2 per month, annual contract. Price is listed as $0.18 gross / $0.16 net per gallon. Seller side is closed. Seller requires ICPO and SPA in order to proceed. Q88 for chartered vessel must be provided prior to PDVSA alloting a time window for loading.
